Fairfax Real Estate
Friday, June 1, 2007
My dear hubby and I really wanted to visit some of our cousins in the East, particularly in Virginia, Washington DC and Florida before the year ends. We have some cousins and friends who live in Virginia and they are inviting us.

Virginia is a beautiful place to live. Moderate weather, mountains and hills not far from the sea and ocean front vistas means Virginia offers something special. It is romantic, rich with trees and gardens on rolling hills that go on forever. Close to the Virginia suburbs is Washington DC where many Virginians work. The Northern Virginia towns of Arlington, Fairfax, Reston, Manassas are not far off allowing Virginians an easy 30 minute commute to work. Many of these older towns offer great Virginia real estate buying opportunities. If you or your family is planning to move to Virginia, you might want to check out fairfax real estate. The homes and condos in Fairfax VA are a great bargain as the real estate market has been suppressed for several years. It is rebounding however. Older homes are an excellent real estate investment opportunity. The cozy, personable neighbourhoods are a strong attraction to newcomers. Those moving to the region to work in the high tech areas near Washington like the fact that their spouse and family are living and growing up in a safe, family friendly community. Recreational opportunities abound in Virginia too. There’s even snow skiing in the winter and the ocean is not far away. The area is a favorite for golfers and boaters. Jamestown and other smaller towns are rich in American history making it even more compelling for those who want their kids to grow healthy and patriotic.
