Portable Dip Station Bar | Affordable Dip Station Machine Thursday, March 11, 2010 I know it might sounds funny to some people but I finally started using dumb bell last February. Well, the reason why I decided to use it because my arms are still small even though I already gained 16 lbs. I'm also concerned about my belly right now.
