Well, I watched the baseball game "Mariners vs. Indians" and I was disappointed. So much for the Mariners...they're eliminated!
Indians beat Mariners 4-3 in 12th inning! After a wild pickoff attempt set up the go-ahead run, Kenny Lofton knocked in Asdrubal Cabrera with a sacrifice fly in the 12th inning and the Cleveland Indians outlasted the Seattle Mariners 4-3 tonight.

Wow, Mariners finally won over Los Angeles Angels. The Seattle Mariners beat Los Angeles 6-0 tonight to deny the Angels the AL West crown for at least another day. Adrian Beltre had three hits and drove in two runs, Jose Vidro had a two-run single, and Jose Guillen hit a solo homer for the Mariners.
The Angels get two more chances to clinch the division title against the second-place Mariners, with the four-game series continuing over the weekend. Los Angeles' lead over Seattle is 8 1/2 games. I just hope they'll win next time so that they will move to the playoffs. Hurray! |

| Robber Grabs Toddler During Bank Heist |
|
I read the news today about a bank robber grabs toddler during bank heist in Allentown, PA. According to the report, a bank robber grabbed a toddler and held the boy at gunpoint while demanding thousands of dollars from a teller, authorities said. The startling scene was captured on surveillance video that shows the little boy staring up at the gun. The 2-year-old boy and his father were leaving a PNC Bank when the robber grabbed the child, police said.
"As they were turning to leave, this guy is coming in and takes the boy and walks him into the bank and makes the father drop his keys and cell phone," South Whitehall Township police investigator Mike Harbove said.
The suspect, hidden behind a mask, gloves and hooded sweat shirt, also waved the gun at a teller, then fled on foot with several thousand dollars, Harbove said.
Police had no suspects but hoped the surveillance photo would lead to tips.
Gosh, I hope they will give those people a "heavy punishment" or life imprisonment so that they won't do it again. |

This is true. for marriage and old cars and children with bad report cards and aging parents and grandparents. We keep them because they are worth it, because we are worth it. Some things we keep. Like a best friend that moved away or a classmate we grew up with.
There are just some things that make life important, like people we know who are special and so, we keep them close!

Dear hubby decided to take the whole day off from work yesterday. I had my gestational diabetes (glucose) test and I'm so glad everything works out great! After my appointment, we headed to Bluefin, a new sushi and seafood buffet located at Northgate Mall. The price was a little bit high compared to any other buffet. But it's all worth it! After we're done eating, we went to see the barber. Gosh, I was so tired and sleepy from all the sugar that they gave me at the doctor's office. Both dear daughter and I took a nap in the car while waiting for hubby. We'll it was my first time though.
Next, we went to LBC to drop the balikbayan box there. Gosh, we didn't know we have to pay $28 (tax) for electronics. So instead of $65, we ended up paying $93. My dear hubby said, he was being ripped off! LOL. Well, it's our fault too. We didn't read the "agreement". That's all *rolley eyes*. Well, another lesson learned! |

| I had a pretty busy day. I just spent a couple of hours online this morning and get everything ready by noon. By 2:15, we went to Scottrade to submit our requirements. Everything was okay now. We're good to go! At 3:30 o'clock, we headed to Evergreen Medical Center and had another ultrasound. We're so glad everything works out great! The baby was doing great and he's getting bigger now. We already set the date for my scheduled c-section. We're so excited! |

| My cousins who live in California called me this afternoon and said they finally decided to take an Orlando Vacation next month. I was so envious but what can I do? Well, my cousins were just lucky because they both have a high paying job. So they can really afford to go there. | My Weekend |

Yesterday, we went to Bellevue Square and spent 5 hours there. And then by 5:30, we headed to Cheesecake Factory to have our dinner. The place was crowded! We waited for about 20 minutes. I ordered "Grilled Chicken Medallions" that came with 2 chicken breasts, balsamic vinaigrette, bell peppers, asparagus, and steamed rice. Grabe, it was so delicious! We stayed there until 8:30 o'clock. Whewww...what a long day!
Today, dear hubby decided to do some ministry at the Qwest Field for 4 hours so dear daughter and I decided to stay home. Pagod pa kasi ako since yesterday.
