What is the weather like where you live right now?
* The weather where I live right now really sucks! Washington State is called the "rainy state" in the country. In some areas, heavy rain and severe flooding in Washington state have caused mud and rock slides, and blocked a number of highways. yes, you read it right. Pretty scary isn't it? I'm just so glad we live in a non-flood zone area. I remember last year that I-90 at Snoqualmie Pass closed due to avalanche danger and heavy snowfall. Continued heavy snowfall and severe avalanche threats closed I-90 early January 31. You can get to Snoqualmie Pass in about 45 minutes from Seattle. My family were supposed to go to the Snoqualmie Pass to visit some friends but decided to stay home because of the heavy snowfall. |
