| My cousin used to chat to her friends around the world both local and international. Then one time, her friend ask for a meeting because he has something to discuss with her about herb products. He is concern with her daily routines because her work is a bit stressful. They even asked their friends online if they have some more herb products that can help her problem. Then one of them said about kava. This is use for those who are having anxiety and insomnia. I found out that Kava is a tall shrub in the pepper family that grows in the South Pacific islands.
