It is not with the new bike, though, that a Harley is really expensive but on who is selling and who are willing to buy and for what cause are they buying. Take for example Jay Leno. He is a real HD enthusiast but when the September 11 hit, he let his bike get signed by all his guests in his show and have the bike auctioned later. How much was it bought? US$ 350,000! The amount was donated to the families who were victims of the disaster. Three years later, the tsunami in Asia struck and he did his stunt once again. This time, though, he was able to sell his bike at US$ 810,100! It is the most expensive in history. Another auction was US$ 50,000 which was the football superstar David Beckham's during the World Cup Party. The amount was donated to the David Beckham charity foundation. Another expensive Harley was bought by the prince of Qatar for US$ 800,000, also donated to charity. So, whether you are buying just for the sake of having one and have a good feeling too, you can later decide to enlist it under harleys for sale, it and be at least 4x more expensive than when you first bought it.
