Single Bath Vanities Are Great For Space Savers
Tuesday, June 21, 2011
One of the most important parts of the house is the bathroom where we go to do our morning rituals and spend most of our private time, which is why it should also be well-maintained, cleaned and properly designed for its function.

Aside from the usual toilet, sink, and bath area, while designing a bathroom, other bath vanities like mirrors and cabinets should also be well thought-out. When renovating or designing a bathroom, there are different options that should be taken into consideration - would it be a single or a double bathroom vanity and what material would it be made of (wood, tempered glass, etc?). For houses with smaller spaces, having single bath vanities are great for space savers, and not only would it be affordable, but having single bath vanities would also function well just as double bath vanities would only on a much smaller space. For materials, a most common design would be the traditional one.

Traditional vanity is the most common style a homeowner could have which includes a wooden cabinet below the sink with a separate mirror, but this type of design takes up a lot of space and are best for double-sink designed bathroom. For a more chic, sleek and modern look, one can go for a contemporary design which includes minimalistic approach with chrome or nickel finish with less or almost no embellishments. This design is great for smaller spaces since usually vessel types of sinks with smooth and glossy look under a vanity are used here.

There might be different types of designs, but investing on the right type and design based on the owner's comfort is the most important thing to consider when renovating a bathroom.
