You guys probably know just as well as I do how awful the real estate market is right now so that’s why I decided to get into it now. There’s a great little house just a few down from my apartment that I’ve got my eye on and my realtor tells me that they’re due to lower the price any day now so I think I’m ready to jump when they do. I have it all planned out in my head: what kind of curtains I’m going to put there and what Tv by Direct channels I’m going to spring for but for now I’m going to wait it out in my apartment because I don’t want to get too eager and buy before the market hits bottom. My dad’s been in the business for a long time and he tells me we’re close to being able to buy something great for an amazing price so I know I’m doing the smart and mature thing by waiting some extra time to jump on this little house!
