Suffering is just as inescapable as being human. If you're going through a time of suffering whether be emotionally, physically or spiritually, try to shift your mindset momentarily from the suffering itself to what you're learning in light of it. God has your best interest at heart and He's teaching you something. As much as you can, embrace it.
