A food journal is of great help. They help the person to know that which food has what amount of energy, calories, fat etc. Food journal is like a food manual which keeps you updated on various foods. They tell you that which food is of great help. This tells you about the various foods and fruits which have various qualities. Some foods and fruits are for weight gain and other food and fruits are for weight loss and glowing skill as well. When you gain weight, no doubt you get a glowing skin but when you lose weight, you skin loses the charm and that is why some foods and fruits are guided which can help you keep fit and also they keep your skin glowing. Diet is most important and should be planned else the workout will not work the way you want it to. A diet plan is important to follow. A diet plan should be rather followed religiously and this will in the end work for you. Plan your diet and see the difference yourself.
