Last year when we went to my parents' house for the holidays, my dad made this really good casserole for breakfast and served it to use while the kids were seeing what Santa left them under the tree and in their stockings. It was pretty good, especially a whole lot better than the standard bagel or English muffin that I always eat for my normal breakfast. Well, I thought that the idea was so great so that I got the recipe from him to use on special occasions. But, I kind of lost it somehow over the past year and I had to e-mail him with my Clear Wireless Internet to get it again. Even though Dad and Mom are coming to us this year, I'm going to fix the casserole and let them relax. At our house, our big Christmas meal is actually going to be Christmas Day dinner, so I think it will be even better to fix that Christmas morning breakfast casserole ahead of time because right after I see the kids open up their gifts, I'll probably have to start cooking.
