Pineapple Chicken Sunday, February 4, 2007 Pininyahang Manok (Pineapple Chicken) Ingredients: 2-tablespoon cooking oil 6 cloves garlic, minced 1 piece onion, minced 1-kilo chicken, cut to serving portion 1-piece magi chicken cube, dissolved in 1-cup pineapple juice 1-cup pineapple chunks ½ cup carnation evaporated filled milk 1 piece red bell pepper, cut into cubed 1 piece green bell pepper, cut into cubed Directions: 1 . Heat oil. Sauté garlic, onion and chicken 2. Pour in maggie cube, pineapple mixture and simmer until chicken is tender. 3. Add remaining ingredients and cook for 5 minutes more. That's all. So easy isn't it?
